Exciting Updates for the Parking Ticket Tracking System (PTTS)

The Baldwin Group is thrilled to announce transformative updates to our Parking Ticket Tracking System (PTTS). Since work began in June 2024, our team has written over 150,000 lines of code, marking the beginning of a new era for PTTS. This rewrite will modernize the system, delivering significant improvements while adhering to the highest industry standards.

Priorities


Security

Security remains our top priority. PTTS’s new cloud-first deployment is CJIS-compliant and follows best practices for FedRAMP and NIST standards. These measures ensure that your data is safeguarded against potential breaches while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and compliance.


Client Experience

We know how important a seamless user experience is for our clients. The updated PTTS will include dozens of new features designed to make ticket management more efficient and intuitive. Enhancements include the ability to record multiple violations per ticket, custom late fees by ordinance, CSV report exports for all reports, and more—all included in upgrading.

Migration

The transition to the updated PTTS will be handled by our dedicated staff to ensure a smooth process for all clients. Automatic upgrades, backups, and maintenance are included, eliminating the need to maintain your own servers and allowing you to focus on what matters most.

We’re proud to offer these substantial improvements with accessibility in mind, ensuring our updated system delivers exceptional value to our clients.



Looking Ahead

2024

Our development efforts are progressing rapidly, though the new system is not yet ready for client use. Throughout the year, we’ll share regular updates and welcome your feedback.

Early 2025

The beta version will be released, allowing early adopters to familiarize themselves with the new platform and provide valuable feedback.

2025 Q3

The onboarding process for existing clients will begin. By this time, current PTTS users will experience the benefits of the enhanced system, with dual support available for both legacy and updated platforms.

Beyond

The updated PTTS will continue to evolve with ongoing enhancements. Completing this modernization effort will prime PTTS for more frequent software updates and feature additions, ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of innovation and adapts to the changing needs of our clients.
